Description 2015 Yamaha R1/R1M Rearsets hard anodised in BLACK These rearsets are manufactured from solid blocks of 6082T6 aluminium.They have first been modelled in solidworks cad software then cnc machined to perfection. No brackets or pressure switches are required to assemble them. All std fittings and brake springs etc are re-used as with the original equipment, they fit as the std footrests but with the advantage of adjustability. The peg can be moved 10mm up and down and 10mm forward and back from the std position.They can also be moved 10mm forward and back in the peg position at the std height. The gearlever can be used in race or road mode and runs on dual precision bearings with a grade 5 cnc machined pivot screw featuring a drilled and engraved head. All other fasteners are also grade 5 titanium a feature unique in rearset kit suppliers.It also features a eccentric geartip end to give further adjustment. The brakeside is machined to take the std brakelight switch and fittings. The std brakelight and brakelever return springs are also used.The brakelever has an adjustable braketip/ pedal which can be moved forward and back and rotated 90 deg to change its height. Both heelplates have been machined from 12mm plate and are cnc machined with 3d louvres. All the parts/spares can be supplied in the event of a crash.
