We are so excited to share our Gold Christmas Experience — a beautifully designed, shorter festive journey that still delivers all the magic, wonder and personal touches you expect from The Party Kingdom. Created with families in mind during the cost-of-living challenges, this experience offers a fully personalised visit at a more accessible price point. It’s also ideal for younger children, or those who may feel overwhelmed by a longer, more immersive event. A gentle, magical adventure — perfectly sized for little believers. �� Your Magical Journey Begins Upon arrival, you’ll head straight to Santa’s Train Station, where your child will receive a special ticket to begin their journey. Children will board Santa’s Train (children only) and travel through our beautiful festive tunnel. Grown-ups can capture the moment with photos and videos as the magic unfolds. Important: The train is for children only and is not wheelchair accessible. If your child is very young or requires assistance, one adult may travel with them. ✨ Wishes, Travel & The North Pole After the train ride: �� Visit the Wish Bar, where one of our fabulous elves will create a personalised Christmas Wish for your child to treasure. �� Post your ‘Travel Documents’ before boarding our Magical Elevator to The North Pole. �� Enjoy a personal family visit with Father Christmas in his magnificent grotto. Santa will have a personalised, gentle chat with your child and may have something very special to help keep the magic alive. Your Grotto Elf will take official photographs (available to purchase later), and families are welcome to take their own photos too. Every child on the Nice List will receive a beautiful Nice Medal to wear with pride. �� More Festive Fun Awaits Your journey continues with: A magical 3D Sleigh Ride back to The Party Kingdom A fun, interactive family Christmas game (can you beat the top score?) A visit to Santa’s Toy Store, where each child chooses their own present A special stop with Mother Christmas, who gifts each child reindeer food to sprinkle on Christmas Eve And after purchasing your photos, there are still a couple of games for you all the enjoy. �� Photo Packages This year, you can purchase: Printed photographs A Santa USB Stick containing all official photos You can pre-purchase the USB at checkout and save £10 compared to on-the-day prices. ⏱ Duration The Gold Experience lasts approximately 30–35 minutes, packed with magical moments and photo opportunities. During checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you understand this is the shorter Gold Experience and not the full Platinum event. �������� Booking Information Maximum 6 people per booking Larger families should book adjacent time slots (these can be linked during checkout) Everyone on the same booking must see Santa together If you’d prefer separate Santa visits, please make separate bookings You will receive an order confirmation by email.Please ensure [email protected] is whitelisted to avoid important emails going into junk or spam. �� Parking & Practical Information Your booking includes one parking space Additional spaces must be booked at checkout (limited availability) Please arrive in as few vehicles as possible — Father Christmas needs room for his sleigh! Do not arrive more than 20 minutes before your time slot �� Flat shoes or wellies are recommended, especially if it has been raining, as puddles can form in the car park.�� You will be outside briefly, so please dress appropriately for the weather.�� Baby buggies are welcome (no wide double buggies due to space restrictions).
